What is it?

"The URA is seeking accepting competitive proposals from experienced property maintenance firms to perform year-long maintenance of its vacant land real estate portfolio. Approximately 1,100 properties are involved and located throughout the City of Pittsburgh for an initial contract period of one (1) year. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting for all contractors who wish to submit a proposal on the maintenance contracts will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 10 AM ET in the 11th Floor Conference Room at the URA, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219. A direct representative must be in attendance of any firm wishing to submit a proposal as lead contractor. A prior RFP was released for approximately 350 parcels of vacant land. The previously awarded parcels are not part of this RFP." *The City of Pittsburgh will also be piggybacking off of this contract*
