What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh seeks a response from individuals and/or firms with a track record of lobbying and advocacy at both the Federal and State levels to assist the City and its related authorities, specifically the Pittsburgh Parking Authority (“PPA”), Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”), and the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (“PWSA”), in developing and successfully pursuing its legislative priorities in Harrisburg, PA.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the soliciation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
