Pre-qualified Contract for Special Event Services

What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking to Pre-Qualify vendors to furnish Special Event Services on an as-needed basis to the City. These items may include but are not limited to tables, table dressings, chairs, tents, entertainment rentals (stages, lighting, inflatables, trains, concessions), etc.

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.
