Pre-qualified Contract for Photography, Videography & Editing Services

What is it?

This agreement is set up to address the Infrastructure needs for professional, photographers, videographers and editors in order to film, prepare and deliver photos and videos for the City. Scout locations, make recommendations and coordinate timetables and schedules and prepare photos/videos for multi-platform distribution.

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.
