What is it?

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is accepting competitive proposals from experienced property maintenance firms to perform year-long full-service maintenance of its vacant land and structures real estate portfolio. Approximately 1,000 properties are involved throughout the City of Pittsburgh. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:00am in the 11th floor conference room of the URA, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

How do I bid?

The respondent should submit one (1) electronic copy in a bookmarked PDF format and one (1) hard copy of the proposal package printed to double sides delivered by hand or Express Mail or other nationally‚Äźknown overnight courier. All proposals must be received by the URA before the due date listed on the first page of the RFQ. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Postmarks are not sufficient.
