What is it?

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is accepting proposals from experienced firms to perform a suite of title and settlement services related to its real estate portfolio and future acquisitions. Selected firms will be on a panel of service providers, eligible to perform the selected services as-needed by the URA through December 31, 2020. Interested companies must secure a copy of the RFP from the URA website at www.ura.org/working_with_us/proposals.php.

Not sure where to start? The document labeled as an RFP (Request for Proposals), RFQ (Request for Qualifications), or IFB (Invitation for Bid) will contain more detailed instructions about the project timeline, what we're looking for, and how to put together a proposal.

How do I bid?

The respondent should submit one (1) electronic copy in a bookmarked PDF format and one (1) hard copy of the proposal package printed to double sides delivered by hand or Express Mail or other nationally‚Äźknown overnight courier. All proposals must be received by the URA before the due date listed on the first page of the RFQ. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Postmarks are not sufficient.
