What is it?

The Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide training sessions to aid Firefighter and/or Police Officer applicants in preparing for the entry-level civil service written examination. All of the materials for the Firefighter applicant pre-test training program have been developed by the City of Pittsburgh in conjunction with test consultant, I/O Solutions. All of the materials for Police Officer applicant pre-test training program have been developed by the City of Pittsburgh in conjunction with test consultant, E.B. Jacobs.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the soliciation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
