What is it?

This agreement will pre-qualify contractors and permit them to submit estimates for various Electrical Rehabilitation, Repair, and Renovation Services that may be needed for various sites.

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.
  • Performance bond
    A bond issued by a Surety company, as per the requirements listed in this contract, that guarantees satisfactory completion of a project by the contractor.
