The City of Pittsburgh is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop an overall facilities optimization plan. Additionally, the City requires a facilities condition assessment of City-owned buildings.
Project objectives include: a 40-year facilities master plan that includes an investment strategy and identifies funding mechanisms, a comprehensive facilities maintenance plan including a maintenance monitoring baseline, determination of the market value of all facilities and the development of a disposition plan, determination of the most appropriate use allocation and space planning, a condition assessment on all City own facilities including but not limited to all systems and building envelope, identification of opportunities for emergency efficiency and implementation of sustainability initiatives, prioritization of buildings for investment, and the above data provided in a searchable format, owned wholly by the City.

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.
Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
