Athletic Supplies and Equipment

What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Parks and Recreation Department seeks to purchase baseball and softball equipment, as well as canopy-related supplies for athletic events.

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

• Insurance certificate
  A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.
