What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh (City) Commission on Human Relations (Commission) is the Agency that is charged with the enforcement of laws prohibiting discrimination in the areas of employment, housing and public accommodations. The Commission is also empowered to investigate any matters which adversely impact inter-group relations with the City and to conduct education programs to foster improved relations among the diverse groups that populate our city and surrounding areas. The Commission also enforces provisions with the City Code prohibiting discrimination by City employees while acting in their official capacities.

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
