Description of Opportunity: The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will receive bids from qualified contractors for the removal of concrete and asphalt pavement, filling of abandoned sidewalk vaults, removal of trash and debris, and all work incidental thereto required to complete Brighton Heights Demolition and Site Clearance Contract No. 1 REBID, until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, the 24th day of February, 2016, at its office, 11th floor, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room on the 11th floor.
Awardee may be required to have a bid bond, performance bond or insurance certification. Refer to RFP for submission instructions.
Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.
Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the Invitation for Bids.
