What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Innovation & Performance, is pleased to invite the submission of proposals for a fully hosted “Software as a Service” (SaaS) E-mail and Data File Collaboration System. SaaS will be used for employee standard day-to-day activities such as, but not limited, to e-mail capabilities, calendar function, data file collaboration, data migration, archive retrieval, spam filtering, integration services, and standard mobile device management.

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

• Insurance certificate
  A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
