What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget on behalf of Department of Personnel/Pittsburgh Partnership invites you to submit a proposal for program services for the EARN (Employment Advancement and Retention Network) for Program Year 2016-2017.
The EARN program is designed to help eligible individuals find and retain meaningful employment. This program is focused on a defined target group and the solicited activities.

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

• Insurance certificate
  A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
