The City of Pittsburgh seeks to improve its operations by continually evaluating our processes to maximize for efficiency, effectiveness, and equity of resource allocation. In order to create a culture of continuous improvement and innovative thinking, the City of Pittsburgh seeks to engage outside consultants to help us learn from the best practices of high-performing private and public sector organizations and establish a performance improvement practice. The submission end date has been extended a week until 4/27

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.
