What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget on behalf of The Department of Permits, Licenses & Inspections invites you to submit a proposal for the Mapping of City Permit Data. PLI is seeking mapping software that works with Accela that would enable our city data to be visualized in a simple to use interactive map showing Zoning & Planning Applications, Building Permits and Code Enforcement Violations. The due date has been extended through May 13, 2016

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
