What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh City Council District 2 is interested in improving the coordination of social services across the District. The District’s neighborhoods are located to the south and west of Downtown across the Monongahela and Ohio Rivers. The District is home to many historic and long-standing neighborhoods as well as fast growing areas with many new business opportunities. This initiative is being launched to improve the coordination of social services across District 2.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
