RFP 2016-0022 Payment Processing Solution

What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the Department of Finance is looking for firms to submit a proposal for a Payment Processing Solution. The goal of this RFP is to input a Payment Processing Solution that will handle various revenue payments for the City of Pittsburgh as well as generate reports of those payments.

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.
