The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the Department of Finance invites you to submit a proposal for the Water & Sewer Line Protection Information Program for the residents of the City of Pittsburgh RFP. The goal of this RFP is to provide City of Pittsburgh residents with information about ownership and risk associated with their water and sewer lines and make residents aware of optional, available warranties for their water and sewer lines.

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.
