What is it?

The Department of Personnel & Civil Service Commission is seeking to contract with a qualified professional administrator to administer the City’s Unemployment Compensation Program for its approximately 3,200 employees. The selected organization will be responsible for the administration of all Unemployment Compensation claims filed by, or on behalf of, City of Pittsburgh employees. The chosen administrator will also be responsible for the management of the bulk of the clerical and accounting work associated with program administration.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
