What is it?

Approximately 1,100 properties are involved and located throughout the City of Pittsburgh for an initial contract period of one (1) year. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting for all contractors who wish to submit a proposal on the maintenance contracts will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 10 AM ET in the 11th Floor Conference Room at the URA, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219.

A direct representative must be in attendance of any firm wishing to submit a proposal as lead contractor.
