What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget on behalf of the Department of Public Works invites you to submit a proposal for the Maintenance of the Traffic Island Bounded by Liberty Avenue and Main Street in the Neighborhood of Bloomfield. This RFP is to establish a five year maintenance agreement for all landscaping and structures located within the traffic island.

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
