What is it?

For the past ten years, Citiparks has facilitated the Bob O’Connor Classic Tennis Tournament to promote recreational tennis play in the City of Pittsburgh by working with local Community Tennis Association volunteers and teaching tennis professionals. To further this practice the City wishes to enter into agreement to formalize an Agreement to and benefit all the people of Pittsburgh, the tennis community and all interested parties.

What do I need?

You will need the following documents to bid on this opportunity:

  • Insurance certificate
    A document from the bidder's insurer, which is used to prove the bidder can cover project liabilities. The City of Pittsburgh must be named as "additionally insured" and the certificate must be valid through the term of the contract.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
