What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to complete a service delivery model assessment for the Department of Public Works (DPW) Bureau of Operations and provide recommendations for a future state service delivery model that will allocate DPW staff and resources across the City in a manner that will provide for efficient and effective service delivery; improve customer service and responsiveness, including response times; maximize City assets such as space, vehicles, equipment, and tools; and provide for an equitable distribution of resources to meet the service delivery needs of the entire City.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
