RFP 2017-0037 Transit Shelter Advertising and associated Street Furniture

What is it?

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Finance and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure invites all qualified firms to submit proposals to enter into a ten (10) year License and Operating agreement (the “Agreement”) for the installation, maintenance, and operation of transit shelters, public display kiosks and associated street furniture and the display of advertising thereon (collectively “the Shelter Program”).

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
