What is it?

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is accepting competitive proposals from experienced property maintenance firms to perform year-long full-service maintenance of its vacant land and structures real estate portfolio. Approximately 1,000 properties are involved throughout the City of Pittsburgh. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:00am in the 11th floor conference room of the URA, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

How do I bid?

Sealed proposals must be received by the time indicated in the solicitation document on the last day of the submission period. See document for specific instructions concerning printed and/or digital copies. Postmarks are not sufficient. Proposals by fax and email will not be accepted.

Mail or deliver proposals to the address detailed in the main solicitation document (RFP, IFB, RFQ).
